1. General
This website is operated by THREADS OF IMPACT for LABORIUM, a Tunisian ready-to-wear brand. All purchases are subject to Tunisian law.
2. Products
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. Slight variations may occur, especially with handcrafted or limited-edition items.
3. Orders & Payment
Product prices are in TND and include VAT, exclusive of shipment cost.
A fixed delivery fee applies and will be added at checkout.
Payments are made securely online using the methods available at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it within 24 hours).
4. Delivery
We currently deliver exclusively in Tunisia
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address where someone can receive the package during working hours.
Orders are delivered (by our partner Mylerz Tunisia) within :
2 to 3 business days in the Grand Tunis area
3 to 4 business days in other regions of Tunisia
Order processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
In case of issues
If your order is lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@laborium.shop , so we can assist you promptly.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for full-priced items only. Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Be new, unworn, and in perfect condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be tried on only for fitting purposes
- Any item deemed worn or used by will not be refunded or exchanged.
In case of a defect or quality issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
If the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
6. Confidentiality & Data
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order processing and will never be shared with third parties, except as needed for shipping.
7. Care Instructions
Each garment is made with care using quality materials. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, please follow the care instructions below:
- Linen: Linen may naturally wrinkle and soften with wear. We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water. Air dry and iron on the reverse side while slightly damp for best results.
- Brocade: Brocade is a textured fabric with raised patterns. It should be dry cleaned only, as water may damage its finish and structure.
- Shantung Silk: This luxurious fabric is very delicate. Do not wash or expose to water. Always opt for professional dry cleaning only.
- Hand Embroidery: Avoid machine washing or soaking. If needed, gently spot clean or take to a trusted dry cleaner. You may iron the embroidered area by placing a thin layer of cotton fabric over it and ironing on the reverse side with a low-temperature setting.
Improper washing or handling may affect the appearance and durability of your garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow these guidelines.

All content (photos, logos, designs) is the property of THREADS FOR IMPACT – Laborium and may not be reused without permission.
