This website is operated by THREADS OF IMPACT for LABORIUM<\/b>, a Tunisian ready-to-wear brand. All purchases are subject to Tunisian law.<\/p>\n

2. Products<\/b><\/h3>\n

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. Slight variations may occur, especially with handcrafted or limited-edition items.<\/p>\n

3. Orders & Payment<\/b><\/h3>\n

Product prices are in TND and include VAT, exclusive of shipment cost. <\/span>
\n<\/span>A fixed delivery fee applies and will be added at checkout.<\/span>

\n<\/span>Payments are made securely online using the methods available at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you haven\u2019t received it within 24 hours).<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/b><\/h3>\n

We currently deliver <\/span>exclusively in Tunisia<\/b><\/p>\n

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address where someone can receive the package during working hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders are delivered (by our partner Mylerz Tunisia) within :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2 to 3\u00a0 business days<\/b> in the Grand Tunis area<\/span><\/p>\n

3 to 4 business days<\/b> in other regions of Tunisia<\/span><\/p>\n

Order processing:<\/b> Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of issues<\/strong>
If your order is lost or not received, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@laborium.shop , so we can assist you promptly.<\/p>\n

5. Returns & Exchanges<\/b><\/h3>\n

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt<\/b> for full-priced items only. Sale and clearance items are non-returnable<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Returned items must meet the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Be new, unworn<\/b>, and in perfect condition<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Have all original tags attached<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Be tried on only for fitting purposes<\/li>\n
  • Any item deemed worn or used by will not be refunded or exchanged<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In case of a defect or quality issue<\/b>, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt<\/b> with:<\/p>\n

    • A clear photo of the issue<\/li>\n
    • A brief description<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If the claim is validated, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.<\/p>\n

      We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order processing and will never be shared with third parties, except as needed for shipping.<\/p>\n

      7. Care Instructions<\/b><\/h3>\n

      Each garment is made with care using quality materials. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, please follow the care instructions below:<\/p>\n

      • Linen<\/b>: Linen may naturally wrinkle and soften with wear. We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle<\/b> with cold water. Air dry and iron on the reverse side while slightly damp for best results.<\/li>\n
      • Brocade<\/b>: Brocade is a textured fabric with raised patterns. It should be dry cleaned only<\/b>, as water may damage its finish and structure.<\/li>\n
      • Shantung Silk<\/b>: This luxurious fabric is very delicate<\/b>. Do not wash or expose to water<\/b>. Always opt for professional dry cleaning only<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Hand Embroidery<\/b>: Avoid machine washing or soaking. If needed, gently spot clean<\/b> or take to a trusted dry cleaner<\/b>. You may iron the embroidered area<\/b> by placing a thin layer of cotton fabric over it and ironing on the reverse side<\/b> with a low-temperature setting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Improper washing or handling may affect the appearance and durability of your garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow these guidelines.<\/p>\n

        All content (photos, logos, designs) is the property of THREADS FOR IMPACT – Laborium and may not be reused without permission.<\/p>\n
